By using my website and online store, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
18+ Only Policy
All my shop items are exclusively for 18+ only.
None of my products are suitable for children.
Although my animal costume ears are used widely for cosplay and fashion, a lot of my customers also use them in an adult context, and as such I can't encourage use by minors.
No Refunds
All sales are final. There are NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES.
These Items are all made by hand and as such there is a small margin for error. All orders go through a strict level quality control before shipping. Please remember that they are entirely handmade, not machine-made, and as such may have small marks, fabric colour variation, slight asymmetry, and individualities. They’re all unique and have been made with love and care!
Also please note actual product colours may vary from colours shown on your monitor.
Copying or replicating our designs or design elements is not allowed in any shape or form - imitation is flattering but it can also be hurtful to small businesses. Please respect this.

All Payments must be made in British Pounds
Since we are based in the United Kingdom, all payments must be made in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Conversion will be performed automatically by our payment processor at checkout, so this will not cause any inconvenience for you, however you may be liable for currency conversion fees at the checkout.
Shipping and Processing Times
Orders are shipped in within 3-5 working days.
All items are shipped with full cover of the items cost.

Lost or Damaged
Daemon Emporium is not liable for lost packages, delays, and/or in-transit damage after it has been handed over to the postal service. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, you may be entitled to compensation by the postal service.
If your package and goods arrive damaged:
Please get in contact ASAP. We will do everything we can to investigate and lodge relevant claims with the postal service. This may take a couple of weeks to conclude, and compensation will only be processed once the parcel has been deemed lost or damaged by the postal service.
Wrong address:
Please provide the correct delivery details at the time of order. If you need to update your details, please contact us ASAP. If your order has already been dispatched, Daemon Emporium is not liable for your loss.
Undelivered parcels:
Parcels that have failed to deliver due to the customer not collecting within the allocated time frame, wrong address provided, failure to pay customs, etc. Your order will be sent back to us by your local postal service. In this case, the cost of postage is not refundable, and the customer will be charged additional shipping cost to have it redelivered.
Commissions & Custom Orders
Commissions (when open), will be announced via Instagram stories or posts on @daemonemporium
Limited amounts of custom slots will be available at a time and all custom requests should be sent to daemonemporium@gmail.com - you can also inquire using any of the contact methods listed on the Contact page of this website.
Please send a detailed description and any pictures/sketch references if possible.
Allergies Notice
For any customers with dog allergies, please be aware that Daemon Emporium shares their home with a small dog. She doesn't come into contact with the creations themselves throughout the whole process of making upto shipping, but please be mindful of this before buying.
