By using my website and online store, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

18+ Only

All items in my shop are exclusively for people ages 18 and over.

None of my products are suitable for children.

Although my products are used widely for cosplay and fashion, a lot of my customers also use them in an adult context, and as such I do not encourage use by minors.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.

Payments and Currency

As we are based in the United Kingdom, all transactions will be made in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

We display prices in multiple currencies for your convenience, however these are converted from GBP and are provided for indicative purposes only. Displayed values may vary slightly due to fluctuations in exchange rates.

If you are paying in any currency other than GBP, conversion will be handled automatically by our payment processor at checkout. Please note that you may be subject to currency conversion fees imposed by your payment provider or by our payment processor.

Product Irregularities

These Items are all made by hand and as such there is a small margin for error. All orders go through a strict level quality control before shipping. Please remember that they are entirely handmade, not machine-made, and as such may have small marks, fabric colour variation, slight asymmetry, and individualities. They're all unique and have been made with love and care!

Please note that actual product colours may differ slightly from those displayed on your screen due to differences in monitor settings and colour profiles.

Intellectual Property

Copying or replicating our designs or design elements is not allowed in any shape or form - imitation is flattering but it can also be hurtful to small businesses. Please respect this.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days.

All items are shipped fully insured for their full value.

Shipping times may vary depending on your delivery location. UK orders are sent via First Class Signed or Special Delivery and typically arrive within 1-3 working days of dispatch. International orders are shipped with tracking and, if available, a signature service, and typically arrive within 5-7 working days.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply.

Lost or Damaged Items

Daemon Emporium is not liable for lost packages, delays, and/or in-transit damage after it has been handed over to the postal service. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, you may be entitled to compensation by the postal service.

If your package or goods arrive damaged: Please get in contact ASAP. We will do everything we can to investigate and lodge relevant claims with the postal service. This may take a couple of weeks to conclude, and compensation will only be processed once the parcel has been deemed lost or damaged by the postal service.

Incorrect address: Please provide the correct delivery details at the time of order. If you need to update your details, please contact us ASAP. If your order has already been dispatched, Daemon Emporium is not liable for your loss.

Undelivered parcels: If a parcel is unable to be delivered due to circumstances such as failure to collect within the allocated timeframe, an incorrect address being provided, or failure to pay applicable customs charges, it will be returned to us by the postal service. In such cases, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and additional postage fees will apply for redelivery.

Commissions & Custom Orders

Commissions (when open) will be announced via Instagram stories or posts on @daemonemporium

Limited amounts of custom slots will be available at a time and all custom requests should be sent to daemonemporium@gmail.com - you can also inquire using any of the contact methods listed on the Contact page of this website.

Please send a detailed description and any pictures/sketch references if possible.

Before enquiring about commissions, you must agree to the following terms:

• Payments are invoiced via PayPal
• Customers must be 18+, in accordance with PayPal's Terms of Service.
• Processing times vary depending on complexity of the design but will be confirmed during the quote discussion.
• When ready to pay the agreed quote of the custom order. The customer may pay in full or pay a 50% down payment to guarantee the custom order slot.
• Any payments put down before assembly are refundable, but please note that once materials have been ordered only a 50% refund will be possible.
• The order will not be shipped until the Invoice is paid in full. In the event of the commissioner failing to pay the complete amount for the artwork, after 6 months of the due payment time the artist (Daemon Emporium) reserves the right to sell the artwork produced as a result of this commission without any modifications or design changes.
• It is likely that your custom and any supporting artwork may be uploaded to social media - please tell us when you place your order if you want us to keep it secret.
• By paying the invoice, you are agreeing to ALL of Daemon Emporium terms and conditions listed on this page.

Allergies Notice

For any customers with dog allergies, please be aware that Daemon Emporium shares their workspace with a small dog. She doesn't come into contact with the creations themselves throughout the whole process of making upto shipping, but please be mindful of this before buying.
