1 - Data We Collect and How We Use It

1a - User Registration - To create an account at Daemon Emporium you will need to provide a username and a valid email address. An account is required to place orders. Your email address will be used to contact you regarding any orders you make (such as dispatch notifications and tracking details), and to respond to customer service enquiries. If you have opted to join the mailing list, your email will also be used to contact you regarding promotions and special offers. Your email address will not be shared with any other parties.

1b - Address - We will collect your address when you place an order for the purposes of sending you the items you have orders. Your address will not be saved in our database, and will only be passed on to our payment processor and our courier. Your address will be kept private and will only be accessed by authorized individuals to process any orders you make.

2 - How Long We Retain Your Data

Daemon Emporium will retain any data you have provided to us for as long as your account remains active and for three years after any account activity. After a three year period of no activity on your account, your account and any data associated with it will be deleted.

3 - Third Party Data Sharing

Daemon Emporium will never share any of your personal data with any third parties in exchange for cash or services, we do not engage with any advertising companies and will never sell your data. We will share your name, email address and delivery address with payment processing companies and courier companies for the sole purpose of processing and delivering your orders.

4 - How We Protect Your Data

Any information you share with Daemon Emporium is kept strictly confidential and secure, and is only accessible by us. Your data is encrypted using SSL technology when using this website, and we follow industry standards to keep your data safe, both during transmission and when stored on our systems.

Only authorized people have access to your data, more specifically - the owner of Daemon Emporium and its employees. These people will always respect your security, privacy and confidentiality, as well as UK Data Protection laws.

We do not store your card details. All money transactions are handled by trusted payment processing companies. We will have access to information regarding the transaction, but your card details will never be known to us.

5a - The Right to Access Your Information - You have the right to access your personal data and details of how we process and use it. You can contact us at any time and request all your personal data by emailing daemonemporium@gmail.com

5b - The Right to Rectify Your Information - You have the right to update your personal information if it is incorrect or out of date, we will keep your data up to date as much as reasonably possible, however we also rely on customers to keep their information updated, and encourage you to do so. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can contact us and ask us to do this for you by emailing daemonemporium@gmail.com.
