Do you accept refunds?

All sales are final. There are NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS or NO EXCHANGES. These Items are all made by hand and as such there is a small margin for error. All orders go through a strict level quality control before shipping. Please remember that they are entirely handmade, not machine-made, and as such may have small marks, fabric colour variation, slight asymmetry, and individualities. They’re all unique and have been made with love and care! Also note actual product colours may vary from colours shown on your monitor. Please keep this in mind before ordering. I recommend reading through my full terms & conditions before ordering.

Do you do custom orders/commissions?

Customs when open, will be announced via Instagram stories or posts - @daemonemporium. Limited amounts of custom slots will be available at a time and all custom requests should be sent to daemonemporium@gmail.com. Please send a detailed description and any pictures/sketch references if possible.

Why is your shop 18+?

All my shop items are exclusively for 18+ only. None of my products are suitable for children. Although my animal costume ears are used widely for cosplay and fashion, a lot of my customers also use them in an adult context, and as such I can't encourage use by minors.

What are your items made of?

I use a wide range of different fabrics that are all vegan and cruelty free. For my ears and tails, I commonly use a combination of faux suede, faux furs, and plush fabrics. Some items the fabric is custom digitally designed and printed. Solid items like horns and some addons are usually made from cast polyurethane resins and/or 3d printed PLA.

Will you remake this (insert item here)?

Most of my items are one of a kind pieces and some I will not remake. If there’s a demand for a particular item, I will likely do few limited reruns. But each time I will likely change some of the modifications, addons and/or some colours just to keep each piece unique.

I like the ears or tail from that (name of listing) tail and ears set - can I buy them separately?

Sets that are available in the shop are sold complete, with no further modifications.

Do your ears come on headbands?

All my ears are clip in. They're fitted with snap clips, commonly used with clip in hair extensions, so you will need a least 1inch of hair length for them to clip onto. They snap securely once slotted into a thin layer of your hair or wig, best closest to the scalp. They can also clip on to thin metal headbands as preferred method to wear them. I can add a handband to any ear order for an additional cost.

Do your ears contain wire/poseable?

I don't use wire in any of my ears, keeping them safe and comfortable for play. The ears should hold their natural shape and can be gently pressed back into shape by steaming, of which is mentioned in the care guide.

Do you airbrush your ears or tails?

Very rarely! I will always state if have. I usually source fabrics with the right texture, colour and pattern to suit the project or have designs printed onto fabrics which keeps my items lovely and soft.

Do you do collabs and promotions?

No, not currently. If I want to work with you to promote my products, I will contact you first. I will be more inclined to work with those that are a current supporter and have purchased from me before.
